Features Smart Flaking Mill

Precise & adaptable gap

Advanced controlled technology maintains a pre-set gap between the rolls to achieve the desired flake thickness. The gap is maintained under all load positions during production. There is a side-to-side measurement and adjustment to 0.01 mm.

Transmission

Rolls are independently driven by timing belts with automatic tensioner. Two AC motors and timing belts require no routine maintenance and provide the ability to operate the flaking rolls at different speeds.

Automatic Distribution Feeder

Applicable for both single and multiple product use.
Available features include: recipe driven, permanent magnet and actuator controlled dosing plate.

Controls

Easy to use controls with touch screen HMI providing clear process visualisation, full PLC control for operation. Recipe-driven setup facility. Comprehensive alarm functions, cleaning program, maintenance prompts and history.

Long-Life Rolls

A high quality roll material with a very exact roll geometry. With a hard layer surface of 450 HB and a central steel shaft. We deliver the perfect surface for your application. Fabrication 100% in the EU.

Quick roll change

The assembly / disassembly kit mounted on our open C-frame allows easy and quick roll change of the flaking rollers. This can be achieved within one working day.
